Towers, Caroline (Betz)

Obituary of Caroline (Betz) Towers  (Tuesday, June 24, 1970,  Juneau 
County Chronicle)

Mrs. Caroline Towers

  Mrs. Caroline Towers, 92, Mauston, passed away on Thursday, June 11, at 
her home after a brief illness.  A lifelong area resident, she was a member 
of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.  She is survived by a son, Walter of 
Mauston; three daughters, Francis and Jean, both of Mauston, and Mrs. 
George Heath of Prairie du Sac; three grandchildren; and nine great-
grandchildren.  Funeral rites were held at 9:00 a.m. Monday in the church.  
A rosary was recited at the Crandall Funeral Home Sunday evening.
