He was born in Frankfurt, Germany, May 14, 1817. He leaves two daughters, Mrs. J.M. Dilling, of this city, and Mrs. James Dobbin, of Chicago; and four sons, Gustav and Louis, of Forest, and William and Fred, of Chicago. The funeral will be held at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon from the residence and at 2 o'clock from St. Paul's Lutheran church at Forest, Rev. J. Pohley officiating. Interment will be in Forest cemetery Daily Commonwealth, May 4, 1912 Baganz- The funeral of August Baganz was held at 1 o'clock Friday afternoon from the residence of his son, Louis Baganz, in the town of Forest, and at 2 o'clock from St. Paul's Lutheran church, Rev. J. Pohley officiating. Interment was in the adjoining cemetery. The bearers were Louis, Gustav, William and Fred Baganz, sons, J.M. Dilling, a son-in-law and Ernest Baganz, a grandson. The funeral was largely attended.
