Dec. 11, 1939, p. 14) Old resident expires at 84. Mrs. Katherine Beyer dies at home of her daughter, Mrs. Clara Sanders. Mrs. Katherine Beyer, 84, widow of Martin Beyer, died at 8;15 p.m. Saturday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Clara Sanders, 302 Superior street. Born Feb. 15, 1855 in Germany she came to this country when 13 years of age, settling in the Town of Forest and later moving to this city. Surviving are five daughters and sons, Miss Elizabeth Beyer, Mrs. John Nelson, Mrs. Sanders of this city, Joseph of Chicago, Anthony of Waupun; 13 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Brost of St. Paul and Sr. M. Seraphine of Beaverton, Ore. Mrs. Beyer was a member of the Third Order of St. Francis and of the Altar society of St. Joseph’s church. The body is at the residence where funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday and at 9 a.m. from St. Joseph’s church. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery. Funeral services for Mrs. Katherine Beyer, who died Saturday, were held at 8:30 a.m. today from the residence, 302 Superior street, and at 9 a.m. from St. Joseph’s church. The Rev. Henry G. Riordan, pastor, officiated. Burial was in Calvary cemetery. The Rev. J.F. Beyer of Johnsburg, a relative of Mrs. Beyer, was seated in the sancturary. Pallbearers were Harold, Herbert and John Beyer, Oscar Bonnell, Robert Evans and Leo Nelson. Persons from away attending included Mr. and Mrs. Al Ratz of Sheboygan, Mrs. Rose Franey, Wauwatosa, Mrs. Herbert Brinkman, Lomira, Luke Disanto and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Gremminger of Campbellsport, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Beyer and family of Mt. Calvary, Mr. and Mrs. Leo Nelson of Racine. Mr. and Mrs. Anton Beyer, Mr. and Mrs. F.J. Hein and Mr. and Mrs. G.E. Boehrig and family of Waupun, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Beyer of Chicago, and Mrs. R.
