Sept. 5, 1929) Beyer - The funeral of Martin Beyer, who died Wednesday, will be held at 8:30 a.m. Saturday from the residence, 302 Superior street, and at 9 a.m. from St. Mary’s church. The Rev. Peter W. Gersbach, pastor, will officiate. Burial will be at Calvary cemetery. The body of Mr. Beyer was removed from the Geo. M. Dugan Funeral home to the residence this afternoon. Funeral services for Martin Beyer, who died Wednesday, were held at 8:30 a.m. today from the residence, 302 Superior street, and at 9 from St. Mary’s church. The Rev. J.M. Beyer, pastor of St. Michael’s church near Kewaskum, a cousin of the deceased, officiated. Burial was at Calvary cemetery. Honorary pallbearers were Paul J. Buechel, Henry A. Berens, H.J. Zenner and F. Vander Bloemen, all members of St. Joseph’s society of the church, of which organization Mr. Beyer was a member. Active pallbearers were Leo Nelson, Harold and Herbert Beyer, Richard Evans, Oscar Bonnell and Richard Soll. Out-of-town persons attending included John Bergenquest (sic) of New Holstein, Mr. and Mrs. Peter Beyer, Mrs. Margaret Raeder and Mrs. Anthony Brenner of Mt. Calvary, Mrs. Lambert Gross of Minneapolis, Ralph Beyer of Milwaukee, Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Franey of Campbellsport, Anthony Beyer and Mr. and Mrs. John Nelson of Kenosha, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Beyer of Des Plaines, Ill., Mr. and Mrs. Richard Evans of Milwaukee, Mrs. Arlie Sanders of Kenosha and Miss Elizabeth Wade and Leo Nelson of Racine.
