Funeral on Friday

Remains of John L. Dana are Brought To This City Tuesday Evening-- Was
Quick Summons

John L. Dana, who died Monday night at Galesville, Wis., was ill but one
day.  While not feeling exactly well Sunday, Mr. Dana was about as usual.
Monday morning between 7 and 8 o'clock he was seized with a hemorrhage of
the stomach.  Death followed at 10 o'clock.

The remains were brought to this city at 10:45 o'clock Tuesday evening,
being accompanied by Mrs. Dana, Miss Genevieve Dana and George P. Dana.
Funeral services will be held at 9:30 o'clock Friday morning from St.
Joseph's church, Rev. J.J. Collins officiating.  Interment will follow at
Calvary cemetery.  Friends are requested to omit flowers.
