Daily Commonwealth, July 17, 1913
Schmidt- The funeral of August Schmidt was held at 1:30 o'clock Wednesday
afternoon from the residence of his daughter, Mrs. William Fritz, 329 South
Marr Street and at 2 o'clock from St. Peter's Lutheran church, Rev. G. E.
Bergemann officiating.  Burial was in Estabrook cemetery.  The bearers
were: Matt Rausch, Arthur Guell, Joseph Brunet, Henry and Frank Fritz and
Frank Schmidt, all grandsons of the deceased.
