Photo of Chester O. Starks taken about 1900.  Chester was the son of Levi M. 
Starks and Saphrona (Merrihew) Starks born 1872 in Weyauwega, Waupaca County, 
WI.  He married Martha Eastman at Weyauwega in 1870. He moved to Langlade 
County with his wife and children prior to 1880.  Chester and Martha had four 
children; Effie M., Mary L., John O., and Levi W. Starks. Chester and Martha 
moved to Laona, WI in 1899-1900 where he lived until his death in 1941.
