Fennimore; born in Bolton, Canada, in 1820; removed to Vermont in 1838; went to California in 1849; came to Wisconsin in 1853, and settled in Grant Co. Was married in Canada in 1853, to Flavia A. Bronson, who was born in Canada in 1833; they have two children - George B., born in 1855; married Margaret Borah in 1875; is a resident of Sac Co., Iowa; Emma J., born in 1860; married John Borah, Dec. 30, 1880; resides at home. Mr. Gould has held various town offices; has been Town Clerk a number of years, Justice of the Peach, and has been a member of the Board of Supervisors of his town; is a Radical Republican. Owns a valuable farm of 130 acres, under a high state of cultivation.
