JOSEPH MILLER; P. O. Homer; was born in Erie Co., N. Y., in 1822, where he lived 
until he came West; he came to this town in 1855; his occupation has been that 
of farmer.  He married, in November, 1860, Miss Arvilla A. Bartow, a native of 
Huron Co., Ohio.
