D., Fennimore; born in Wurtemberg, Germany; graduated at Tubingen University; he occupied the position of physician and surgeon in the German army for five years; he came to the United States in 1868; he located in Crawford Co., Ohio, where he practiced about nine years; located in Fennimore in August, 1879. He was married, Sept. 20, 1879, to Anna Youss, born in Germany; they have two sons and two daughters. The Doctor is a prominent member of the I. O. O. F.; also of the United Workmen.
