A cerebral hemorrhage followed a three-year illness. Mrs KUBLY, a lifelong Monroe resident, was the former Mary Isabel HOGAN, daughter of Amos and Mary (MCCULLEY) HOGAN. She was born 12 Sept 1889 and attended Monroe schools. On 12 Sept 1906 she was married in Freeport, IL to Jacob F. KUBLY. She was an active member of the Union Presbyterian Church until a few years ago. Mrs KUBLY was interested in gardening and flowers until her illness. Surviving are the husband; three daughters, Mrs Leon CLARK, Mrs Robert E. TSCHUDY, both of Monroe, and Mrs. Fred MAU, Cedarville, IL; two sons, James L., Kenosha, WI, and Robert F., Fullerton, CA; two sisters, Mrs. Louis ODEWALD, Chicago, IL, and Mrs. Elvin SWEET, Phoenix, AZ; 10 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Herbert, and two infant sisters. Services Thurs at Stuessey Funeral Home. Rev Joseph Brooks, Beloit, of the First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial Greenwood Cemetery.
