Amza Sheldon Lewis, aged 77 died at his home in Monticello, Monday. Mr.
Lewis was born in Jug Prairie, south of Brooklyn. His first marriage was to
Miss Mary Magee, she departing this life thirty two years ago. Later he
married Miss Fannie Disch, of New Glarus, who survives him, together with
one son and three grandchildren.

The funeral will be held this afternoon, the body laid in the Exeter
cemetery, where the Masonic burial services will be read by A. H. Devine of
this city. The deceased was related by marriage to the Devine and Magee
families of this city.
