Mr. and Mrs. L. T. Pullen (a daughter) who have been spending most of the season in their native state--Maine, were also summoned, but did not arrive until Sunday, when their aged sire had passed over the river. Mr. Pike early settled in Argyle, LaFayette county, where with frugality and economy, succeeded in acquiring considerable property, and ever bestowed charity with a liberal christian hand. He afterwards moved to Monroe, Green where he died. His funeral was held Monday at his late residence. Evansville Review, October 8, 1886, p. 3, col. 4, Evansville, Wisconsin
