Mrs. Margaret Ryan who was a pioneer of Green Co., died at the home of her
daughter Mrs. Maggie Flaherty, in Janesville, Wednesday morning, Dec. 11,
of paralysis, aged 84 years. Mrs. Ryan was quite well known here.
Evansville having been her P. O. and trading place for years. For only a
few months past has she lived with her daughter, previous to her removal
there she lived with her son, Christie Ryan, at the homestead. She leaves
six daughters and one son. The funeral was held in Janesville, Friday.
