She was a woman of kindly disposition helping everybody that she could and doing good generally. She was never a well woman, but she always managed to do for others. Her funeral was largely attended by neighbors and acquaintances, Rev. H. Sewell conducted the services, and the Brooklyn choir sung some choice songs full of comfort. She was buried in the town of Brooklyn cemetery.
