This photo is of the tombstone of my gggrandfather & gggrandmother, Nelson 
Peck and Polly (Cole) Peck, located at Johnson cemetery (aka Fairfield 
cemetery) in Green County, WI.  This cemetery is located right at the 
Illinois/Wisconsin border at the corner of Bauman Rd & Freeport Rd.  This is a 
two sided monument - one side for Nelson Peck and one side for Polly Peck.  
Nelson died 9/17/1882 and Polly died 2/21/1899.  Nelson's side of the 
tombstone reads:  Nelson Peck, DIED Sept. 17, 1882, Aged 75 ys 5ms 13 ds and 
at the bottom:  After labor comes rest.    On Polly's tombstone it reads:  
Polly, wife of Nelson Peck, DIED Feb. 21, 1899, aged 92 ys 11 ms 9 ds. If 
there is an inscription below Polly's inscription, it is not legible.
