Morris Cramer purchased 80 acres of land in the town of Clinton, Wisconsin
Territory, on October 17, 1845.  Morris sold about 3 acres of land to the Catholic
Bishop, John McHune, which was used for St. Catherine's Cemetery.  Morris, his wife
Ellen, and son, Jeramiah, are buried in St. Catherine's Cemetery.  Morris and Ellen
Keefe Cramer were accepted as a "Pioneer Family" by the Wisconsin State
Genealogical Society.
