LEWIS H. ALLEN (Rep.) was born Dec. 8, 1877 at Waupun, Wis. He received a graded school education and for a number of years has been employed as a locomotive engineer on the "Soo Line." He never held a public office before. He was elected to the assembly in November, 1922. receiving 3,005 to 911 for Mary Scott Johnson (Ind. Rep.) and 118 foi Phil Mertes (Dem.).
