MEMBERS OF THE ASSEMBLY COLUMBIA COUNTY ROBERT CALDWELL (Rep.) banker and farmer of Lodi, was born March 7, 1866 on a farm in the town of Arlington, Columbia county and received his education in the public schools of the county. He has made a success of farming, specializing in stock raising and feeding. He has served the public in various capacities, some of which are president of the village of Lodi, president of the Lodi Union Agricultural Society, also secretary of the same, a member of the Local Draft Board for Columbia county during the world war. At the present time and for several years he has been Supervisor of the County Board, a member of the Board of Education of the Lodi school system, and president of the Columbia bank. He served in the Assembly during the sessions of 1915 and 1921 and was nominated at the primary in 1922 over K. A.
