THEODORE ENGEL (Rep.) was born in Milwaukee county i« 1866, attended the Grace Lutheran school and also the first ward public school and after leaving school learned the plumber trade, which he followed for over twenty years and then went into the contracting business, in which he is still engaged. He was elected to the assembly in 1916 and again in 1920, and was re-elected in November, 1922, receiving 4,400 votes to 2,591 for Herman Kluckow (Soc.) and 295 for Mary L.
