MEMBERS OF SUPREME COURT

FRANZ C. ESCHWEILER born at Houghton, Michigan, Sept. 6, 1863,
received his early education in the schools of that city,
later attending Iowa and Michigan state universities. Served
in the railway mail service, studying law at the same time and
was admitted to the bar in Milwaukee in 1889 and practiced law
in that city until,1910 when he was elected judge of the
circuit court, and in April 1916 was elected Associate Justice
to succeed Hon. W. H. Timlin, deceased. He married Miss Ida C.
Kindt, of Milwaukee in 1893 and is the father of three
children.
