MILWAUKEE COUNTY Ninth District. The ninth and tenth wards of the city of Milwaukee. JULIUS KIESNER (Soc.) is an automobile tire vulcanizer by profession. He was born in Chilton, Oct. 29, 1884 and was educated in the public schools of that city. He has traveled extensively in the United States and Europe and is especially interested in education and public welfare. In 1910 after locating in Milwaukee he joined the Socialist party. His first public office was that of assemblyman to which he was elected in 1918. He was re-elected in 1920 and in November, 1922, received 2,920 votes to 1,966 for Louis S.
