MEMBERS OF THE SENATE

TWENTY-EIGHTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT

Eau Claire and Chippewa counties.

HERMAN T. LANGE (Rep.) has held many positions of trust and
honor, considering it a privilege and duty to serve. He was
born in Portage, April 9, 1857, and was educated in the public
schools. He is president of the H. T. Lange Co., wholesale
grocers, and an officer of the Lange Canning Co.; served as
alderman of Eau Claire six years, president of the Y. M. C. A.
nine years, and numerous other offices. He was elected to the
senate in 1920 without opposition.
