OSCAR HASKELL MORRIS (Rep.) has been engaged in the newspaperand publishing business in Milwaukee for 24 years. Born inSpringfield, Mass., March 8, 1876, he was educated in thepublic schools and then took up newspaper work. Hewas editor and publisher of a number of trade,journals and secretary of the "Wisconsin Retail Dry GoodsAssociation, Wisconsin Retailers' Federation and is nowsecretary, of The Better Business Bureau of the MilwaukeeAssociation of Commerce.
