ROCK COUNTY

Second District. The towns of Avon, Beloit, Bradford, Clinton,
Johnson, La Prairie, Newark, Plymouth, Rock, Spring Valley,
and Turtle; the villages of Clinton, Footville and
Orfordville; and the city of Be-l.oit.

H. B. MOSELEY (Rep.) was born October 14, 1874, at Beloit. He
received a common school education and is at present engaged
in farming. For 13 years he was county supervisor and was
chairman of the county board of Rock county, 1914-1915. Since
that time he has been chairman of the county and state road
bridge committee. He was elected to the assembly in November,
1922, without opposition.
