B. MOSELEY (Rep.) was born October 14, 1874, at Beloit. He received a common school education and is at present engaged in farming. For 13 years he was county supervisor and was chairman of the county board of Rock county, 1914-1915. Since that time he has been chairman of the county and state road bridge committee.
