KENOSHA COUNTY Second District. The towns of Brighton, Bristol, Paris, Pleasant Prairie, Randall, Salem, Somers and Wheatland, and the fourth, fifth and eighth wards of the city of Kenosha. D. J. VINCENT (Rep.) was born May 4, 1860, in Kenosha county, where he was educated in the common schools of Kenosha county. For nine years he was clerk of the school board and for four years served 40 on the county board. He has been president of the Kenosha County,1 Experimental order and of the Kenosha & Racine County Breeders' association. He was elected to the assembly in 1914-1916.
