DONLEY (Dem.) was born June 24, 1901, on a farm in the Town of Frankfort, Pepin County. He attended the rural schools of that county, and later Durand High School, Ripon College and the Law College of Marquette University, whence he was admitted to the bar in 1925. For a time Mr. Donley taught rural school in Pierce County. He is now a practicing attorney, president of the Menomonie Civic and Commerce Association, and state president of the Loyal Order of Moose.
