TWENTY-EIGHTH SENATORIAL, DISTRICT Chippewa and Eau Claire Counties. G. ERLE INGRAM (Prog. Rep.) was born at Eau Galle, Wisconsin, April 1, 1883, and received his education in the common schools of Dunn County, Whitewater and La Crosse State Teachers College, Kansas City Business College, and Northern Indiana Law School (Valparaiso). He began to teach school at the age of seventeen, and taught in the common and high schools of the state for several years. He began the practice of law in Eau Claire in 1921. Senator Ingram was a member of the Republican State Central Committee in 1928 and 1929, and is vice-president of the State Bar Association for the Nineteenth Judicial Circuit.
