DANE COUNTY First District: The City of Madison.

FRANCIS LAMB (Rep.) was born at Freeport, Illinois,
November 12, 1900. He received his education in Madison,
attending the public schools :i inl the University of
Wisconsin, taking his bachelor's degree in 1923 and his
law degree in 1926. Since that time he has practiced law
in this city. Hi' Is holding his first
governmental office.
