JOSEPH E. WESTLUND (Rep.) was born February 1, 1896, at Superior. After completing his high school course, he attended the Minnesota Institute of Pharmacy, in Minneapolis, and is now a registered pharmacist practicing in Superior. During the war he served with the 150th Field Artillery, 42nd (Rainbow) Division. He is serving his second term in the Assembly. Address: 1915 Susquehanna Ave., Superior.
