Warranty Deed, October 1888, Emma Nancolas to Jane Poquette
This indenture, made this 16th day of October, 1888, between Emma Nancolas and 
John Nancolas, her husband, Charles Sidney Cotterell, and Alice, his wife, 
Emelie E. Bachman and Allen Bachman, her husband; William H. Cotterell and Emma 
L., his wife; Frederick J. Cotterell and Eva, his wife; and Amelia Cotterell, 
being the widow and all the heirs-at-law of Charles Cotterell, deceased, late 
of the County of Iowa, parties of the 1st part, and Jane Poquette, of the 
County of Iowa, etc, party of the 2nd part…for the sum of  $400, sell to  her, 
Lot No. 75 in Vliet’s Survey, now City of Mineral Point.
