Warranty Deed, Iowa County, WI, Vol. 71, page 447:
	This indenture, made the 16th day of March, 1903, between Louis and 
Maggie Poquette of Iowa County, WI, parties of the 1st part, and Joseph L. 
Poquette of Iowa County, party of the 2nd part, in consideration of the sum of 
$50, to them in hand paid, do…sell… the following described Real Estate…

	Lot. No. 26 of the George Harris Subdivision of Lot No. 275 and part of 
the south half of Lot No. 276, Harris one survey of the village, now city of 
Mineral Point, Iowa County, WI., said plat of said subdivision being recorded 
in the office of the Register of Deed of Iowa County, WI in Vol. 5, of Deeds, 
on page 540. The lot hereby conveyed being No. 26 as shown on same plot.

Personally came before me, Louis Poquette and Maggie Poquette, his wife…Receivd 
for record the 2nd day of April, 1903.
