Warranty Deed, Iowa County, Vol. __, page __:
	This indenture, made the 22nd day of January, 1906 between Joseph L. 
Poquette, party of the 1st part, and John Holmes, party of the 2nd part, for 
and in consideration of the sum of $75 , do sell…the following described real 
estate:

Lot No. 6 of George Harris subdivision of Lot. 275 and part of the south half 
of Lot No. 276 in Harrison’s survey of the village, now city, of Mineral Point, 
Iowa County, WI. Said plat of said subdivision being recorded in the office of 
the Register of Deeds of Iowa County, WI, in Vol. 50 of Deeds, on page 540. The 
lot hereby conveyed being Lot. No. 26 as shown on said plat. Personally came 
before me, Joseph L. Poquette, a single man. Recorded the 8th day of February, 
1906.
