Buried in White Church Cemetery, Barneveld, Iowa, WI. Obituary typed as written: THE CHRONICLE DODGEVILLE, WIS. APRIL 8, 1904 Died, at her residence in the village of Barneveld, March 31, 1904 Margaret THOMAS, wife of Daniel THOMAS. Margaret RICHARDS was born in Carmarthenshire, South Wales, Sept 8, 1822. In 1842, she was united in marriage to Daniel THOMAS. In 1853 they came to America and settled on a farm near Jennieton, where they lived until 1882, when they removed to Barneveld, which place has since been their home. At the age of eighteen, the deceased united with the Congregational Church, of which she was a faithful member till her death. Besides her widowed husband, she leaves to mourn her death three sons and three daughters, besides a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral occurred on Monday of this week. Services were held at the Congregational Church and were conducted by her pastor, Rev. Jas. ROWE, assisted by Rev. John DAVIS, of Waukesha, an old friend of the deceased and her husband. Interment took place at the White Church cemetery.
