Military marker GAR To consider, he died before the civil war began in 1861, so I wonder whose marker it belongs to. Additional comment: [05/23/2006] A Clyde history states that Thomas Mooney was a veteran of the Mexican war, and was the first recorded buried at St. Malachy's.
