The application of James W. Hutchison, administrator, of the estate of said deceased, for the settlement and allowance of his final account… and it appearing that due notice of the time and place of hearing has been duly given as required by law…and the hearing having been adjourned to this [date], and Richard Carter of said county and attorney at law, having been duly appointed special guardian of Lee Mitchell, Fannie Mitchell, Matilda Mitchell, and Mary Mitchell; minors interested in said estate, and appearing for such minors, and Fiedler and Fiedler having appeared as attorneys for said administrator; Now after hearing the evidence and upon examination of the accounts and vouchers of said administrator, the Court finds: that the amount properly chargeable to said Administrator is the sum of $717.50. That the amount properly allowed and credited to him is the sum of 149.36. That the residue in his hands is as follows: $568.14 and consists of money. That the said deceased died seized of the following described real estate, to wit: Lot 75 in Vliet’s Survey of the City of Mineral Point in the County of Iowa, WI. The said decease left her surviving, as her sole heirs-at-law, the following persons: John Poquette, her son, Sophia Powers, her daughter, Lewis Poquette, her son, Leonard Poquette, her son, George Poquette, her son, Sarah J. Davis, her daughter. Lee Mitchell, Fannie Mitchell, Matilda Mitchell and Mary Mitchell, her grandchildren (who are children of Louisa Mitchell, deceased.) Wherefore, it is ordered and adjudged that the final account of said administrator as stated aforesaid, be and the same is hereby allowed…Ordered and adjudged further that the residue in the hands of said administrator , to wit, the sum of $568.14 be and ths the same is hereby assigned as follows: To said John Poquette, the sum of $81.16. To said Sophia Powers, the sum of $81.16. To said Lewis Poquette, the sum of $81.16. To said Leonard Poquette, the sum of $81.16. To said George Poquette, the sum of $81.16. To said Sarah J. Davis, the sum of $81.16. To said Lee Mitchell, the sum of $20. 29. To said Fannie Mitchell, the sum of $20. 29. To said Matilda Mitchell, the sum of $20. 29. To said Mary Mitchell, the sum of $20. 29. Ordered and adjudged further that the real estate hereinbefore described be and the same is hereby assigned as follows, to wit: To the said John Poquette, Sophia Powers, Louis Poquette, Leonard Poquette, George Poquette and Sarah J. Davis, to each an undivided one seventh (1/7) thereof, and the remaining undivided one 7th thereof is hereby assigned to Lee Mitchell, Fannie Mitchell, Mary Mitchell, and Matilda Mitchell together.
