To the county court of said Iowa County, the petition of Charles H. Berryman of Dodgeville Wisconsin, respectfully shows: That Warren Tyrer, a resident of Hamburg, state of New York, died intestate at Hamburg, New York in the year 1880, owning the following real estate in the County of Iowa and state of Wisconsin, to wit: NE quarter of the SE quarter of the SW quarter of Section 5, Township 5 North, Range 3 East.” “That said estate was not subject to an inheritance tax., and that your petitioner is interested in said real estate as the present owner thereof. The said decedent left surviving as his sole and only heirs at law, he following children to wit: Eleanor Haas, his daughter and only child. That decedent also left his surviving, his widow, Sarah H. Tyrer. That said real estate descended from said Warren Tyrer, deceased, to Eleanor Haas, his daughter, in fee simple subject to the dower and homestead interest of his widow, Sarah H. Tyrer. Wherefore, your petitioner prays that the Court may issue a certificate of Heirship showing the descent said real estate from said decedent. Charles H.
