I hereby certify the Mary La Ha daughter  of August La Ha and Agnes Lenway born
on the 26th day of October 1891, was baptized on the 29 day of Nov. 1891, at the
Church of St. Mary at Hurley, Wis by Rev. Fr. Gilbert. Sponsors Joseph La Ha and
