Fiedler, 63 years of age departed this life at the home of his daughter, Mrs. G. F. Spencer, in this city, Tuesday evening, March 5, 1901, of peretonitis. Being in poor health, the deceased has made his home with Dr. G. F. Spencer and wife in this city since January, where he could be and was carefully cared for. He attended the funeral of his son with other members of the family in Whitewater, Saturday, Feb. 23. The following Monday he was confined to his bed, where he remained until his death. A short service was held at the home of Dr. Spencer, Thursday evening and the remains taken to Whitewater, the deceased family home, this Friday morning, where funeral services will be held. His wife departed this life about two years ago, and he leaves seven children three sons and four daughters to mourn their sad loss. E. H. of this city, W. H. and Dr. O. A. of Milwaukee, Mrs. Geo. A.
