A truck driver, he was a 27 year resident of Las Vegas. He is survived by his wife, Mary of Las Vegas; sons, John Jr. of Westby, Wi., James of Waupaca, Wi., Jacob of Milwaukee and Steven of Las Vegas; daughters, Stacey, Sharon, and Susan, all of Las Vegas, Jeanne Solik and Judy, both of Milwaukee, and Janey Rule of Augusta, Ga.; mother, Viola of Las Vegas; 19 grand- Children; and two gr-grandchildren.
