He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Genie Turner, and the following children: Mrs. Will Mohring, Sparta’ Mrs. John Thill, New Lyme, and Mattie, John and Peter at home. Mr. Turner spent his early boyhood days in New York. Then he came with his parents to Beaver Dam, Wisconsin where he grew to manhood. On October 21, 1895, Miss Genie Gremson was married to him at Camp Douglas. For several years he lived on th4e farm now owned by E. E. Tracy, south of this city. Funeral services conducted by Rev A. E. Frederick were held from the home Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. His body was then brought to this city and burial was made in the New Lisbon Cemetery.
