He married in Waukesha, Wis., in 1865, Miss Mary Devlin, a native of Franklin Co., N. Y. Mr. Burt enlisted in August, 1862, in the 22d W. V. I.; served with the regiment until the close of the war, and participated in all engagements in which the regiment took part; mustered out June 28, 1865. Is a member of the Temple of Honor.
