W. R. R.; born in Ireland in 1837; came to Wisconsin in 1852, and located at Kenosha, where he engaged in the hotel business for four years; in 1856, was appointed station agent. Married, in 1851, Miss Kate Delaney, a native of Ireland. Members of the Catholic Church. Mr. Gibbons is a Republican.
