SINCLAIR, railroad conductor; born in St. Johnsbury, Vt., 1840; his family came West, and located in Milwaukee in 1844, where he, in 1856, at the age of 16, engaged in railroading, following the occupation of engineer and conductor; holds the latter position at the present time; came to Kenosha in November, 1868. Married, in 1861, Miss Julia H. Clark, native of Grafton, N. H. at Chicago, Ill. Have three children-Harry C., Fred P. and Edwin. Mr. Sinclair has been a member of School Board for three years, is now President of same.
