The Daily Inter-Ocean [Chicago] September 14, 1890
E. M. Houghton, an itenirant horse doctor from Hale's Corners, was found dead 
yesterday morning in the woods near Fred Sanderson's farm in the town of 
Muskego. Near the body was found a package of poison. Four years ago he moved 
from Kenosha to Hale's Corners.
