Death ended a long illness on Friday afternoon at four-thirty o'clock when Mrs. Ernstina Brustman, wife of August Brustman, died at the home at 425 Florence Street. She had been ill for more than six months; an operation had been undergone several weeks ago, but this had failed to halt the malady. The deceased was born in Crystal Lake, Wisconsin, April 7, 1876, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Wagner. She had lived her early life in that village and moved later to the city of Princeton. The family had made its home in Kenosha for the past seven years, during which time the deceased had made many friends here. Surviving her are her husband, August Brustman, two sons Arthur and Edward Brustman, and an adopted daughter, Miss Dorothy Brustman, of Kenosha. She is also survived by six sisters and three brothers. The funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at two o'clock at the Hansen Funeral Home with the Reverend Carl Buenger, pastor of the Friends Evangelical Lutheran church, of which the deceased was a member, officiating. Later in the afternoon the remains will be taken to Princeton where funeral services will be held on Tuesday with interment following in the family plot in the cemetery there. Additional Comments: Spouse's given name is Gustav rather than August.
