JAMES FITZGIBBONS KILLED IN ACCIDENT 

Last Saturday as the masons were at work on the brick building for the Tremont 
House, a portion of the scaffolding gave way, and one of the masons fell 
between twenty and thirty feet and died from the bruises in an hour. The name 
of the deceased is Patrick Fitzgibbons; he was about thirty years of age and 
leaves a wife and two children in Kenosha, Wisconsin.
