Kenosha Union, Thursday 26 March 1885
     Mrs. Margaret O'Hare, of Pleasant Prairie, died March 9, 1885. She was 
born in County Down, Ireland, May 9, 1811, and was 73 years and 10 months old 
at the time of her death. She was married to Mr. Patrick O'Hare in the year 
1834. They came to Wisconsin in 1850, and settled in Pleasant Prairie a few 
years after, where they raised a large and industrious family--eight sons and 
one daughter, all of whom survive them. Her husband died eight years ago. She 
was sick only six days, but her disease was a sudden and fatal one, 
inflammation of the bowels. She was a good and faithful wife, a kind and 
affectionate mother, and a kind and charitable friend to all who needed her 
aid. She died as she lived, a devout Catholic, fortified with the sacraments 
of her holy church. May her soul rest in peace.
     Her children have the sympathy of many relatives and friends in their 
bereavement. --Com.
