JOHNS, proprietor of the Eagle House, Bangor; born in Wales in 1813. He came to this country about 1815; he is a pattern-maker by trade; worked about two years in the Novelty Works of New York City; thence to Clifford Co., Penn.; came to Wisconsin in 1854; lived in Leon two years, when he came to Bangor, where he has since resided.
