JOSEPH RICHMOND, farmer, Sec. 18; P. O. Onalaska; was born in Canada Oct. 22, 
1836; came to Wisconsin in 1855; worked on the river, then to farming; now 
owns 500 acres of land, on which he has made most of the improvements, and has 
a fine place. His wife, Delemas Morin, was born in Canada Oct. 15, 1840; 
married in 1862; children are Emma, Matilda, Ollivin, Leo (deceased), George 
(deceased), John, David. Has been Director and Treasurer; also Supervisor.
